You can edit your QR codes. You are able to track analytics on each QR code and all QR codes overall. You can also delete your QR Code(s). All paid plans are free of advertising.

If you are the account owner, you can visit your “Account Profile” page and click “Delete Account”. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you have deleted your account by accident, please contact [email protected] before your active billing period expires. Once the active billing period has passed, your account is not recoverable and all QR Codes will stop functioning.
If you are the account owner, you can visit your “Account Billing” page and click “Change Plan”. You will be presented the option to downgrade to the FREE Brood Box plan. Complete the downgrade process and your subscription will not renew on your next billing period.
When the downgrade has completed, all of your QR Codes will be archived and become inaccessible, traffic will no longer direct through them and you will not be able to see any reports for them. ONLY your oldest QR Code will remain and it will become static.
You will be able to upgrade your plan again after the downgrade process has completed.

QR Codes
Yes, your FREE static QR Code can be used, is ad free, and provides all tracking analytics. Your only limitation is you cannot edit this QR Code until you move to a paid plan.
No, QR Codes do not have scanning limits, and are ad free (even on our FREE Brood Box plan).
No QR Codes created with another program cannot be attached to your QR Hive account. 3rd party QR Codes do not contain the necessary information for us to track and direct traffic through them.
View the individual QR Code you are wanting to delete on your QR Hive dashboard. Click the 3 dots to the right of your QR Code Title/Name and click “Delete”. You will be presented with a message to confirm the deletion. Once you delete the QR Code, it will no longer direct traffic through it and all analytic tracking will be lost. A deleted QR Code is not recoverable.
When creating a QR Code, you can set an expiration time for an individual QR Code. Once the expiration time is met, we no longer direct traffic through the QR Code. You can adjust the expiration time on all QR Codes at any point when you are on a paid plan.
All QR Codes are dynamic when you are on a paid plan. This allows you to change the URL if required without having to change the QR Code that has been published or printed and distributed.
Absolutely nothing. Unused QR Codes are held in your account until you delete them.
